Photographers:
Jim Scherer has been a professional food photographer for over 25 years. A Yale graduate with a degree in Fine Art, Jim got his first taste of food photography during a cookbook shoot with Julia Child. He went on to photograph two more books with her, and his studio is now devoted to custom food photography for advertising, corporate communications and editorial publications. He lives in Boston with his wife Elena, and his interests include music, science, art and bicycling.
